We stayed in the Suite Accessible Transfer Shower Non-Smoking. The room had a kitchenette, sofa, and a separate sleeping area with a flat-screen TV. The shower was accessible and perfect for mobility needs. It was super clean and stocked with free toiletries. Location was close to shopping and the university. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The breakfast was relatively good, and the staff consistently displayed friendliness. However, poor room maintenance overshadowed these positives. there was water on the floor upon check-in due to a leaking air conditioner. Furthermore, the confusion regarding our room and vague accusations from the manager left a sour taste, ultimately affecting our overall comfort during the stay.

I loved the comfortable seating in the lobby and the easy access to all areas, making it very accommodating for seniors like myself. The overall decoration was lovely and inviting, enhancing my stay significantly.

More healthcare support on-site for seniors would help.
